The Tri-Institutional MD-PhD Program recruits a diverse group of highly qualified students from across the country. The Program admits an average of 18 students per year. Students who have matriculated over the most recent years the accepted MD-PhD students had an average GPA of 3.87, an average MCAT of 520, and substantial undergraduate research experience. Graduates of the Program are successful: of those who have completed their residency and fellowship training, over 80% are in full-time faculty positions in basic science and clinical departments.
