Nestled along the East River of the Lenox Hill neighborhood of Manhattan's Upper East Side, the Tri-Institutional Campus is easily accessible via New York City's extensive, 24-hour public transportation system.
Getting to NYC via Air Travel
The three main airports servicing New York City are John F. Kennedy Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark Liberty Airport. (Note that getting here from Newark is often the less convenient than it is from JFK or LaGuardia.)
There are numerous options for getting from these airports to Manhattan, including taxi (and app-based ride hailing services), public transportation, and various private shuttle services. Depending on time of arrival and method of travel, it will take between 35 and 70 minutes to get to the Tri-I (on average).
From Within NYC
The MD-PhD Office is located in the main building of Weill Cornell Medicine, located at 1300 York Ave (at 69th Street). A short walk from two subway lines, several bus lines, and one aerial tram, there are several convenient options for getting here from within NYC. Visit the MTA Trip Planner for finding the best route to us, or consult the New York City Subway Map and Bus Map to see all of the options options.
Refer to Transportation to Weill Cornell Medicine & Within NYC for detailed directions and more information about getting to the campus once you arrive in NYC.
Looking forward to seeing you here!
