Tri-Institutional MD-PhD student Sarah Soellner-Szwed has been awarded a research grant from The Rockefeller University's Shapiro-Silverberg Fund for the Advancement of Translational Research.
Ms. Soellner-Szwed is a fourth year MD-PhD student, conducting her thesis research in the Cohen Lab at The Rockefeller Univeristy. This award fill fund her pilot work characterizing human mutations in potential mediators of thermogenic adipose tissue function.
