Dr. Randy Longman Receives NIH Director’s Transformative Research Award

Congratulations to Tri-I alum Dr. Randy Longman who has received the NIH Director's Transformative Research Award! 

Dr. Longman completed his PhD under the mentorship of Drs. Charlie Rice and Bob Darnell at Rockefeller University in 2006 and earned his MD from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2007. He is now an Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine and Director of the Jill Roberts Center for IBD. Along with his clinical duties and research, he serves as the Pre-Clinical Associate Director for the Tri-I MD-PhD Program.
