Mission Statement
The Queer Initiative for Physician Scientists (QUIPS) is a student-led and student-run group that seeks to build community, mentorship and advocacy for LGBTQ+ physician scientists and their allies across Weill Cornell Medicine, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Rockefeller University. The organization serves to promote inclusivity for LGBTQ+ communities across the Tri-Institutional programs by fostering an open and safe environment for queer physician scientists and their allies to connect, grow and speak openly about their own identities across medicine and science.
