Tri-I MD-PhD student Sarah Schrader has been awarded an F30 fellowship from the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for her work on elucidating mechanisms of antibiotic tolerance in Mycobacteria in Weill Cornell Medicine's Nathan Lab.
Ross Levine, MD, the Laurence Joseph Dineen Chair in Leukemia Research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, has been named as the 2018 William Dameshek Prize winner by The American Society of Hematology. The William Dameshek Prize is awarded to an early- or mid-career hematologist who has made a recent outstanding contribution to the field of hematology. 
Fifth year Tri-Institutional MD-PhD student Daniel Poston has been awarded an F30 research grant from the National Institutes of Health.
